1. Guarantee

At Chitra Creations we pride at the creative services we deliver. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any work or product delivered by Chitra Creations, we'll gladly redo it again. Just contact customer service at customerservice@chitracreations.com within 30 days of order delivery. Chitra Creations disclaims any other express or implied representations or warranties.

2. Refund Policy

Chitra Creations has processes and procedures in place to produce consistent, premium quality creative works. Quality is rigorously controlled. However, there is a subjective element to assessing the delivered work. Moreover, once Chitra Creations delivers its work, it is impossible to control its use. Chitra Creations will display the completed work and gives you the right to accept or reject it before you download from the website. Incase you are not satisfied and reject the delivered work Chitra Creations will redo the image at no additional charge. If Chitra Creations is unable to complete the work in accordance to your instructions, we will make a full refund. However Chitra Creations will not refund if you download the completed work.
